Gym Blue Consistency Club

Are your goals actually your goals  or just temporary motivation?


Consistency Club was built because we kept hearing the same thing from our members at Gym Blue:

“I start strong… and then life happens.”

Motivation is always high at the beginning.

But motivation fades. That’s normal.


Consistency Club exists to keep your goals a priority long after the excitement wears off.


There are two divisions:


Beginner Consistency Club

Built for those who want to lock in the habit of showing up.

You commit to training at least 2 times per week.

Miss a week, and your $20 contribution goes into the community pot.

At the end of 8 weeks, one winner receives 50% of the pot the remaining 50% is donated to a local charity.


Advanced Consistency Club

For those with a specific target weight loss before a vacation, a wedding, or training for something meaningful.

You commit to training at least 4 times per week.

You choose your contribution to the pot (minimum $25).

After 8 weeks, one participant wins 50%, and the other 50% goes to a local charity.


With both levels, you’ll be paired with a Gym Blue staff member for accountability.

You won’t be doing this alone.


Before starting, we’ll identify 2–4 “anchor days” that fit your schedule.

Those days become non-negotiable, and we’ll send reminders to keep you locked in.
